All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive an additional email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

ProDentim is not responsible for customs fees, duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

ProDentim is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
